With over a decade of experience in the startup and investment space, Sara specializes in private company transactions and growth strategies. Sara manages DTA’s investments as well as leads the firm’s strategic initiatives. Sara holds a BS in Economics from the American University of Beirut, a Master of International Affairs from SciencesPo the Institut d’Etudes Poliques de Paris, and a Master of Science in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Outside of work, Sara spends most of her time arguing with her three children and reading novels that have nothing to do with technology investments.

Ahmad Tuffaha has over 10 years of experience in venture capital, investments, and advisory, spanning North America, Europe, and the MENA region. Ahmad is an investment advisor to DTA.
Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Phoenician VC and continues to serve as an Investment and Strategy Advisor for startups in these regions, having advised more than 100 companies. Ahmad holds an MBA from Wayne State University, USA.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling with his wife, and exploring new gastronomic experiences.

Munim brings over a decade of experience in venture capital, financial advisory, and entrepreneurship across South Asia and the GCC. At DTA, he focuses on deal sourcing, investment analysis, and due diligence. Previously, he was part of the founding team at Gobi Partners’ Pakistan office, leading investments and portfolio management, and driving operational improvements across early-stage companies. A founder since 2011, he has built ventures across tech, media, and retail. Munim holds a Bachelors and Masters from IBA Karachi and has cleared Level II of the CFA Program. Outside of work, he enjoys go-karting, Formula 1, traveling, and watching nerdy content on YouTube.

With a background in finance, Tohir is passionate about identifying innovative startups, leveraging financial analysis and market research to support early-stage investments and growth in tech-driven ventures. At DTA, he contributes to deal sourcing, investment analysis, and due diligence, working closely with the team to support the firm's strategic objectives. Previously, he worked at Al Rayan Investment and multiple startups. Tohir holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University with a minor in Economics and concentration in business analysis and finance. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing football, watching MMA, and working out.

Dunia Al Hasso is an Investment Coordinator at Doha Tech Angels, where she supports the operational side of early-stage investments, assisting with research, portfolio monitoring, and investment process coordination. She also works at Droobi Health in finance, handling budgeting, reporting, and supporting internal operations. Dunia holds a Master’s in International Finance from Nürtingen-Geislingen University in Germany. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, exploring different cuisines, and spending time with family.
